By using dodojo, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using the service
You must have the right to submit content you save to dodojo and are responsible for securing your account and authorized connections. Do not use the service to violate rights, distribute malicious content, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
Your content
You retain rights to your content. You grant dodojo a limited permission to process it only to provide storage, sync, search, organization, reminders, and AI features you choose to use. Private content is not made public unless you share it.
Connectors and third-party services
Connecting Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, chat apps, or other third-party services extends beyond dodojo. A connector can access or change content only after your explicit authorization and within the granted permissions. You may revoke access, but data already received by a third party remains subject to its terms.
Paid plans
Paid plans are billed at the price and interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until canceled. Refund requests follow the policy below; App Store purchases are governed by Apple's rules.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel renewal in Manage subscription. Membership stays active until the current billing period ends. Canceling renewal does not automatically refund a payment.
Web and desktop purchases
For web subscriptions, contact us within 3 days of the invoice date for monthly billing or 30 days for annual billing, including renewals. We review requests individually; submitting a request does not automatically approve a refund.
Send your request from your dodojo account email or the billing email on the invoice. Include the invoice or receipt ID, invoice date and amount, and reason. We verify account ownership before processing. Never send passwords or full card details.

App Store purchases
Request an App Store refund from Apple using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple decides eligibility and timing; dodojo cannot issue these refunds. The web refund windows do not apply. Cancel renewal separately in your Apple subscriptions.
Request an App Store refundOutside these windows, unused time is generally not refunded. Contact us about duplicate charges, unrecognized payments, or failure to provide the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Approved web refunds return to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
A full refund that ends your subscription also ends its paid features and extra storage. Another active membership still applies. Your Notes are kept; if you exceed the new storage allowance, new cloud sync waits until you free space or upgrade. Local saves remain available.
Changes and availability
We continually improve the service, so features may be added, changed, or discontinued. We work to keep data secure and the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted access or perfect AI, search, or organization results. Keep an independent backup of important information.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service and delete your account in Settings. We may restrict or terminate access for serious violations, security risks, or legal requirements. Deletion and retention practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Limits of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is. dodojo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
